Maga Skills Camp

At Maga Basketball Camps, our mission is to provide a complete, in-depth basketball experience emphasizing fundamentals in order to help boys and girls ages 9-17 reach their full potential.

All levels are welcome - we offer a variety of formats and always group players by age and ability within each camp to ensure enriching competition.

Coach Maga - Camp Director:

Steve Maga presently teaches mathematics and physical education at Bishop Tonnos Catholic High School in Ancaster, Ontario. He coaches both the Junior Girls Basketball (2005 Champions) and the Senior Boys Basketball Teams. Coach Maga's experience includes playing at virtually every level of basketball in Canada including the Men's National Team program coupled with the following coaching experiences: Head Coach, Bishop Tonnos H.S. Assistant Coach, McMaster University Assistant Coach, JDP Central Region Head Coach, Cardinal Newman H.S. Clinician, Adidas Coaching Clinic Speaker on behalf of the CIS, Nike All-Canadian Camp

A fundamentals skills camp that has been sold out for over 20 years. Fundamental skills are taught from the beginning and campers are grouped by age and skill level. No team is ever left waiting for a court and maximum participation is reached through an amazing facility coupled with our outstanding staff of basketball professionals.
